1. اور سامریہ میں بڑا قحط پڑا۔ اور دیکھو، اُنہوں نے اُس کا محاصرہ کر لیا، یہاں تک کہ ایک گدھے کا سر چاندی کے اسّی سِکوں میں اور چوتھائی کبوتر کا گوبر چاندی کے پانچ سِکوں میں بیچا گیا۔

1. and there was a great famine in samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.
