1. ਜੇਕਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਦੀ ਅਵੱਗਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

1. if i disobey my sustainer i fear the retribution of an awful day.

2. ਕਹੋ: "ਮੈਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ (113:1)

2. SAY: "I seek refuge with the Sustainer of the rising dawn (113:1)

3. ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੁਣ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਹੋ।

3. This will help you to feel that you are now alone with the Sustainer.

4. ਇਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਹਾਨ ਆਸਰਾ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ, ਅਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ।

4. it is god who is the great sustainer, the mighty one, the invincible.

5. ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ, ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ, ਤੇਰਾ ਅਸਲ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਚਮਕਦਾਰ ਚਮਕ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

5. O my Lord, Sustainer of all that lives, Your real face is covered by Your dazzling effulgence.

6. ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਘੱਟ ਸਮਝ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮੰਡ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ!

6. How little they comprehended that the Creator and Sustainer of the universe was in the ship that day!

7. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੇਸਹਾਰਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਹੋ ਕੇ) ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਅਣਆਗਿਆਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ (ਹੋ ਕੇ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜੋ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ - ਤਾਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਾਲਣ-ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਕਸਰ ਮਾਫ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ, ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਦਿਆਲੂ ਹੈ।

7. so whoever became helpless- not(being) wilfully disobedient and neither(being) one who knowingly breaks the limits- then surely your nourisher-sustainer is oft-forgiving, continuously merciful.
