3. 28 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 5 ਵਜੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਚਤਨਪੱਲੀ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਦੁੱਧ ਵਾਲਾ ਅੰਡਰਪਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਸੜਦਾ ਦੇਖਿਆ।

3. at 5 am on november 28, a milkman from chatanpally village took the underpass on his way to the other side and saw something burning.
