1. ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಬಂಧ, ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ, ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ "ಪಾರ್ ಎಕ್ಸಲೆನ್ಸ್" ಆಗಿದೆ.

1. Our relationship with France, in particular, is one of neighbourliness “par excellence”.

2. Only as partners and in a spirit of good neighbourliness will the two states develop to the benefit of all Sudanese people.

3. Such a Europe will only be an option worth striving for if it defines itself as a project of peace and good neighbourliness.

4. Today’s agreement between Serbia and Kosovo is a historic step towards good-neighbourliness and a European future, a step I welcome.

6. ನಾವು ಇಂದು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ 20 ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವದ ಉತ್ತಮ-ನೆರೆಹೊರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದ ಸಹಕಾರದ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎರಡೂ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

6. We want the provisions of the Treaty on Good-Neighbourliness and Friendly Cooperation, the 20th anniversary of which we are celebrating today, to be fully implemented in regard to both groups.

7. EU ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು ENP ಪಾಲುದಾರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬೇಕು - ಈ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೆಡಿಟರೇನಿಯನ್ ದೇಶಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ.

7. The creation of an area of prosperity and good neighbourliness based on EU values should continue to be the basis for relations with ENP partner countries – in this particular case, with the Mediterranean countries.
